Steven Klocke received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State University in 2001 and subsequently began working as an intern for Iowa City's preeminent residential architect, William Nowysz, AIA. Joining McDonough Structures in 2005, he integrated what he learned at William Nowysz & Associates with his own interests in sustainability and construction technology to develop a methodology strongly rooted in design integrity, efficiency, and beauty.
